• Lauren or Katelyn, owners of Erma Jean, will work directly with you.

• We slow things down. We ask good questions. We listen. And then we help you build a wardrobe that reflects your real life, real needs, and real beauty.

• You get to enjoy a personalized style session with that removes the stress of shopping and turns it into a fun adventure.

• Our Personal Style Consultation appointments are one-hour slots on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday during normal business hours at Erma Jean, The Shoppes at Westgate, 11741 W Broad St, Richmond, Va 23233.

• Must book at least two hours before the appointment.

• There is no appointment fees or minimums associated with this service.
