Erma Jean is a sister-owned wardrobe studio founded by Lauren and Katelyn. Together, we believe that good things never go out of style—and that women should feel confident every single day.

Named in honor of our grandmother, Erma Jean, our business is a love letter to the creative, connected, and effortlessly stylish women who came before us. Erma Jean was known for dressing her best, inspiring others to do the same, and welcoming women to create, connect, and express themselves.

We launched Erma Jean in 2019 with a simple goal: to help women build wardrobes they love through a thoughtful, approachable experience. We started online, grew through community pop-ups, and in 2022 opened our storefront in Short Pump, VA—where we welcome customers to shop and connect.

Today, Erma Jean offers a curated mix of timeless and modern apparel, shoes, and accessories that are sensibly priced and made to flatter women of all ages, shapes, and sizes. Our style is effortless, our service is personal, and our goal is to help you walk out feeling more like yourself—only bolder.

As sisters and small business owners, we take pride in the community that supports us—partnering with local makers, supporting women-centered causes, and fostering connections that go beyond the fitting room.
