Donation Request

Thank you for thinking of Erma Jean for your fundraiser or event. We are a local, sister-owned business and love to support our customers and the Richmond community.

At Erma Jean, we deeply value creativity, craftsmanship and learning. Building confidence is at our core, so we take donation opportunities very seriously and give preference to organizations that support these beliefs. Some organizations we may support include: community and non-profit organization fundraisers, local schools and local benefits for friends, family and customers in need. Please understand that our community funds are limited - we have a set amount budgeted to give back. While we would truly like to help everyone, we cannot accommodate every request.

To help us evaluate which organizations and causes we are able to support, we invite interested groups to request a donation. Please review our guidelines and email the below questionnaire information to with “Donation Request” in the subject line.

  • Donation requests must be received 30 days prior to the event/fundraiser
  • All donation requests must attach/provide a letter explaining how the donation will be used
  • You will be notified via email whether your request has been approved
  • All approved donations must be picked up at Erma Jean during business hours
  • All donations are final and cannot be exchanged or refunded for monetary value
  • Staffing to work events or deliver donations cannot be provided

  1. Name and phone contact of person making request
  2. Name of organization or event
  3. Date of occasion and address
  4. Indicate how the donation will be used (i.e. raffled or auctioned)
  5. Share how the event will be promoted
  6. Deadline to pick up donation
