Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Returns can be made for store credit only. Please call, text or email us with any questions at 804-601-0524 or info@shopermajean.com.

In-Store Returns

Returns on all non-sale items purchased in-store and received within 10 days of the purchase date will be accepted for store credit only. Items must be in original condition (tags attached, not worn, used, altered, or washed). Items that appear worn, have makeup or other stains, will not be accepted. Shoes must be unworn and in their original box. (We recommend trying shoes on in a carpeted area.) 

All sale items are final and may not be returned for any reason. We reserve the right to deny any return. 

If your return approved, a store credit will be issued in the form of a gift card.

Online Returns

Returns on all non-sale items purchased online and received within 10 days of the delivery date will be accepted for store credit only. Items must be in original condition (tags attached, not worn, used, altered, or washed). Items that appear worn, have makeup or other stains, will not be accepted and will be returned at your expense. Shoes must be unworn and in their original box. (We recommend trying shoes on in a carpeted area.)

Please send notification to info@shopermajean.com if you plan to return an item and mail your return to: Erma Jean, 11741 West Broad St, Richmond, VA  23233. You will be responsible for paying return shipping costs for the item. All sale items are final and may not be returned for any reason. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. We reserve the right to deny any return. 

We will notify you by email when your return is received. If approved, a store credit will be issued within 1-3 business days in the form of a gift card sent directly to your email.
