Shipping

Orders over $100 ship FREE in the U.S. For any order below $100, standard shipping (3-4 business days) is available for $6.95, and express shipping (1-2 business days) is available for $8.95. Orders are processed and shipped via US Postal Service or UPS within 1-3 business days. (We do not ship Saturday-Monday or holidays.)

You will receive an email with order confirmation and another email when your order has been shipped. Tracking information will be included in the shipment email (please check your spam).

We are NOT responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages by the US Postal Service or UPS. Once orders are fulfilled at our store in Richmond, Va., we rely on the US Postal Service or UPS to successfully deliver them to our customer's door. Please contact your local USPS/UPS for information regarding your package's arrival or delivery. We do NOT issue refunds to credit cards for undelivered orders. 

Damages

If there are any damages to your item(s), please email us immediately at shopermajean@gmail.com. Damaged items must be reported within 7 days of the original ship date for online orders.

Final Sale Items

The following items may not be returned for any reason:

• discounted/sale items
• accessories (jewelry, scarves, bags, hats, etc.)
• home décor (paper goods, candles, home goods, etc.)
• beauty (lotions, lip balms, scrubs, etc.)
• items discounted due to imperfection/damage

In-Store Returns

Returns on all non-final sale items purchased in-store and received within 10 days of the purchase date will be accepted for STORE CREDIT ONLY. Items must be in original condition (tags attached, not worn, used, altered, or washed). Items that appear worn, have makeup or other stains, will not be accepted. Shoes must be unworn and in their original box. (We recommend trying shoes on in a carpeted area.) We reserve the right to deny any return. If your return approved, a store credit will be issued in the form of a gift card.

UPDATE 01/31/25: Gift cards purchased and store credit earned from returns will expire one year from the date issued.

Online Returns

Returns on all non-final sale items purchased online and received within 10 days of the delivery date will be accepted for STORE CREDIT ONLY. Please send notification to info@shopermajean.com if you plan to return an item and mail your return to: Erma Jean, 11741 West Broad St, Richmond, VA  23233. You will be responsible for paying return shipping costs for the item. All sale items are final and may not be returned for any reason. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. We reserve the right to deny any return. 

We will notify you by email when your return is received. If approved, a store credit will be issued within 1-3 business days in the form of a gift card sent directly to your email.

Holiday 2024 Returns
*Holiday purchases are no longer being accepted.* Non-final sale items purchased as a gift from 11/29/24 - 12/22/24 will have an extension to be returned by 1/4/25 for STORE CREDIT ONLY.

In-Store / Curbside Pick-up

Customers may select “Headquarters pick-up” as your shipping method. At checkout, you will receive an order confirmation email. Pick-ups are typically available within 24 hours during open business days. We will notify you via email that your order is ready for pick-up (please check your spam!). Visit us in-store during business hours (Tuesday - Thursday 10am-5pm, Friday-Saturday 10am-4pm). If you prefer curbside pick-up, call us when you arrive at (804) 601-0524. Our location in Short Pump is at The Shoppes at West Gate, located at 11741 W Broad St., Richmond, VA 23233.

Returns for pick-ups fall under our in-store return policy - you have 10 days from your purchase date to return any non-sale items for store credit.

Local Delivery

Short Pump, Midlothian and Moseley customers are eligible for local delivery. A $4.95 service fee will be applied to your order. We'll drop your order off at your front door in 1-2 business days and notify you. (Offer applies only to zip codes 23233, 23112, 23120.)
