Shipping, Pick-up & Delivery

In-Store / Curbside Pick-up

Customers may select “Headquarters pick-up” as your shipping method. At checkout, you will receive an order confirmation email. Pick-ups are typically available within 24 hours during open business days. We will notify you via email that your order is ready for pick-up (please check your spam!). Visit us in-store during business hours (Tuesday - Thursday 11am-5pm, Friday-Saturday 10am-4pm). If you prefer curbside pick-up, call us when you arrive at (804) 601-0524. Our location in Short Pump is at The Shoppes at WestGate, located at 11741 W Broad St., Richmond, VA 23233.

Returns for pick-ups fall under our in-store return policy - you have 10 days from your purchase date to return any non-sale items for store credit.

Local Delivery

Short Pump, Midlothian and Moseley customers are eligible for local delivery. A $4.95 service fee will be applied to your order. We'll drop your order off at your front door in 1-2 business days and notify you. (Offer applies only to zip codes 23233, 23112, 23120.)

Shipping

Orders over $100 ship FREE. Express shipping (1-2 business days) is available for $7.95, and standard shipping (3-4 business days) is available for $5.95. Orders are processed and shipped via US Postal Service or UPS within 1-3 business days. (We do not ship Saturday-Monday or holidays.) You will receive an email with order confirmation and another email when your order has been shipped. Tracking information will be included in the shipment email (please check your spam).

We are NOT responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages by the US Postal Service or UPS. Once orders are fulfilled at our store in Richmond, Va., we rely on the US Postal Service or UPS to successfully deliver them to our customer's door. Please contact your local USPS/UPS for information regarding your package's arrival or delivery. We do NOT issue refunds to credit cards for undelivered orders. 

Damages

If there are any damages to your item(s), please email us immediately at shopermajean@gmail.com. Damaged items must be reported within 7 days of the original ship date for online orders.
